Unfortunately we do not take returns on any products.

We can however exchange pieces, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order.

We will exchange pieces under the condition that they are: unworn and undamaged and are sent or brought back within two weeks of the purchase date along with proof of purchase.   

We will not accept any returns received after the expiration of the return period (2 weeks after receipt of your parcel).
The purchase price/store credit is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.
All products are returnable, excluding:

– Custom-Made Jewellery (Personalised pieces)                                                                                                                                                 

– Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

*Please note that pieces need to be returned (at your own cost) in the original packaging. We recommend using registered mail or Postnet to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Products are properly protected.
